At Signati Ltd, we can supply and fix flat roof systems in fully recyclable materials, mechanically fixed, fully adhered and vacuum secured for new build and over roof projects.
Systems
We are trained and licenced contractors for PVC membranes in Sika Trocal and Proclad systems and also EPDM rubber Flex-R. All detail work is hot air or solvent welded meaning tricky details can be easily formed and sealed. It can be installed over an existing roof, to include new insulation if required, meaning the absolute minimum of disruption to the building owner. We only offer these systems as each installation is inspected by the manufacturer who then issue the warranty. This way we offer complete peace of mind to our client as only trained installers can be used, unlike other ‘off the shelf’ membranes.
Daylight Options
We can provide various roof light options for new or existing flat roofs, these include double or triple glazed type, opening solar roof lights, lantern lights, dome or flat roof windows amongst others...
Liquid applied
Advances in liquid products are continuous and there are excellent pour on liquid plastics that cure to form a continuous seamless covering. Rooflock Twelve is BBA and ETA certified and has a certified durability in excess of 25 years. This wet-on-wet cold applied system can give a new lease of life to a tired roof ensuring continued weatherproofing and a better visual appearance. Rooflock Twelve is compatible with virtually all types of existing roof.
