Rainwater and gutters
Integral to every good roof is the efficient removal of rainwater and this part of building maintenance is often overlooked. Gutters that are permanently damp with a build-up of debris corrode, block and eventually leak and regular clearing is highly recommended. We can provide regular clearing and treatment as required.
Gutter solutions
Old steel gutters have a limited lifespan and we can provide various solutions of the ‘gutter in a gutter’ type, such as Trocal membrane lined steel fully welded, Plygene full length gutter lining, and both processes are simple and quick with minimal disruption. The Plygene system is made to measure to suit each gutter run and is installed with no joints. Another alternative is cold applied liquid plastic, applied ‘wet on wet’ with a reinforcing layer to form a seamless coating over the gutter length.
Rainwater goods
On new builds or refurbishments many types of rainwater goods are available from standard plastic and formed galvanised steel to polyester coated aluminium in any colour. Fascia and soffit flashings
As part of our roof options we can supply formed steel or aluminium verge, fascia and soffits flashings, coated to colour match as necessary and we have many options for insulating new and existing buildings.
